Police Requested Tows
For vehicles that have been brought to our tow yard due to a traffic accident, disablement or abandonment, or for vehicles that have been impounded due to an arrest or traffic violation, please view the instructions below for the quickest and easiest way to recover your vehicle and/or your personal belongings.
Instructions for recovering your vehicle and/or personal belongings:
Vehicles involved in a
traffic accident with
full coverage insurance
Step 1: File a claim with your insurance, even if you are not at fault.
Step 2: Once you have filed your claim, ask your claim agent to call our office so we can verify that they are taking responsibility for the vehicle and will be liable for all associated towing and storage fees.
Step 3: Call our office to confirm we have heard from your insurance company
Step 4: Stop by our office to provide a written release of your vehicle to your insurance company (bring a valid Driver's License or ID with you).
Step 5: After signing the release, remove any remaining personal items from your vehicle
Step 6: Notify your insurance company that you have signed the release and retrieved your personal belongings
NOTE: We will NOT release any personal items until we have spoken with your insurance company or the balance on your vehicle is paid in full
Vehicles involved in a
traffic accident with
liability only or roadside assistance
You are liable for all costs associated with the tow. If you have roadside assistance, you will need to pay the invoice in full and submit your receipt for reimbursement.
Step 1: Confirm your plans for the vehicle. If your vehicle is not driveable, you must arrange to have us or another tow company remove it from our yard and take it to a location of your choosing.
Step 2: Call our office to confirm the amount due for the initial tow & daily storage fees.
If applicable, request a quote for a secondary tow.
Step 3: Obtain exact cash for the total amount due (EXACT CASH ONLY. We do NOT carry change)
Step 4: Come into our office with the cash payment for the fees due and a Valid ID.
Step 5: Let us know if you are taking the vehicle, having another tow company pick up the vehicle, or if you want us to tow your vehicle to a location of your choosing.
A) Driving the vehicle off the lot - Once payment has been made, you can head to our yard and retrieve your vehicle.
B) Another tow company is picking up your vehicle - Provide the name of the tow company you have hired and sign the release, releasing the vehicle to them.
NOTE: It is company policy that any tow company entering our yard to retrieve a vehicle, must carry workers' comp insurance. The driver MUST provide our office with a copy of their Certificate of Liability, which lists a valid workers' compensation policy, before entering our yard. If the tow company does not carry the required insurance, a pull-out fee of $80.00 will be added to your invoice as a service charge for us to pull the vehicle outside of our yard.
Please confirm the insurance requirement with the tow company BEFORE you arrive at our office.
C) You would like us to tow your vehicle to another location - Provide us with the address of the location you would like the vehicle towed to, and we will provide you with a price quote.
This additional "Tow Out" fee can be paid with a credit or debit card, but it must be paid in full before the vehicle is dropped off at the requested location.

NOTE: You will NOT be able to have access to your vehicle or retrieve any personal items from your vehicle until your invoice has been paid in full.
